Apple is set to release five new products on November 6, following pre-orders that opened last week. The lineup includes the base M6 MacBook Pro, new high-end MacBook Pro models with OLED touchscreen displays, an updated iMac, a refreshed iPad mini, and a smart home hub with a 7-inch display.

The entry-level 14-inch M6 MacBook Pro keeps the same chassis used since 2021 but swaps in a 12-core M6 chip. It starts at $1,999 with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The 14.2-inch miniLED screen supports 120Hz ProMotion, and battery life stays strong for all-day use.

Two new touchscreen MacBook Pro models join the mix with OLED displays. The 14-inch version starts at $2,899 and the 16-inch at $3,399. These are thinner and lighter than the current design.

The iMac begins at $1,499 and the iPad mini at $699. The iPad mini features an 8.5-inch OLED display, A20 Pro chip, and IP67 water and dust resistance. The smart home hub runs an A18 chip with Siri AI support.

The Tea

This launch shows Apple pushing the MacBook Pro line in two directions at once. The base M6 model is a safe upgrade for folks who want power without the premium screen, while the OLED versions hint at the future design everyone will chase next year.
